Roof gallery is beyond amazing if you ever need anybody to come and take a look at your roof roof gallery is the perfect place to go. I highly recommend Roofs By Don…My family was so pleased with Roofs by Don! We have an updated roof that not only gave the home a facelift, but most importantly we are now better protected in case of bad weather…
We were highly impressed with Blanca’s customer service. She was a part of the roof process from start to finish. She did all the heavy lifting by assessing the roof damage, communicating with the insurance company, communicating approval, and then patiently waiting as the most indecisive person (me) chose shingles. I went back and forth with color schemes and even sought opinions from my mom, the time she allowed to make such a permanent decision was greatly appreciated.
What I loved most about Blanca she put my family first. We had to push back installation because we welcomed a newborn… she ensured we had uninterrupted time with our baby girl.
Furthermore, she checked in during that period to make sure we were doing well and updated us on potential dates.
In addition to Blanca, John (Junior) the project manager communicated day before install so we were prepared, date of install… everything went as explained on the phone, during the install Junior took time to explain what stage the roofers were at on the install, he communicated when it was safe for the children and the dogs to exit the home, After the install,  a tour was given and the roofers did a thorough cleaning, ensuring the property was left better than before (literally organized my porch) and that no nails or debris remained. Junior even kept my children and the neighborhood children entertained, as there was limited space to play football (thanks for playing with them a bit)…
To put the cherry on top, Blanca came by and checked on us the next day! She didn’t have to do that but she wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied and I assured her we were…and she answered more questions! Super impressed with both Blanca, Junior, and Gustavo (I think that was his name, and the roofers…service was top tier… Ask these guys anything they can help you with more than roofs!
